These homeowners in Stone Lakes wanted to freshen up their home, and I cannot think of a surface that we did not touch!
They had recently remodeled their Kitchen. We added this small stone backsplash for the finishing touch. Remember your backsplash should complement your countertops, and this stone does beautifully.
We added Luxury Vinyl Plank on the main level. It looks like wood, but is durable and easy to maintain. Although the rooms are large, this is not an open floor plan. However, the consistent flooring throughout this floor makes the home seem open and airy.
The Great Room has an angled fireplace that the homeowners had considered removing all together. We made it a real focal point by stoning the entire wall and adding a custom mantle. The color in the stone blends seamlessly with the wall color – Sherwin Williams’ Accessible Beige (SW7036).
Even the Powder Room got a facelift with this new standalone vanity in fresh gray finish. It works great with their existing blue paint color.
The Master Bath was a complete renovation. We removed the jacuzzi tub and replaced it with a large walk-in shower. We converted the former shower space into a linen closet. The new vanities with the floating towel storage ground the space. The neutral tile helps makes the space feel larger.
The homeowners wanted their new bathroom to be a retreat, and that is exactly what it is!
